Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven B2B Software Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. This position is ideal for a dynamic professional who thrives on building long-term client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and delivering measurable sales results. You will play a pivotal role in connecting businesses with our innovative software solutions, directly contributing to the company’s growth and market presence. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with business clients, ensuring long-term partnerships built on trust and mutual success. You will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and expand the company’s client portfolio. Presenting and promoting our software solutions will be a core part of your work, and you will tailor your approach to meet the specific needs of each client. The position also involves negotiating pricing, terms, and contracts to secure profitable agreements, consistently meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets, and accurately maintaining records of all client interactions and sales activities using CRM software. To succeed in this role, you should have proven experience in B2B software sales, business development, or a closely related field, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential, along with the ability to influence decision-makers and drive deals to closure. You must be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of managing your workload independently while collaborating effectively within a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot is required, as is a commitment to building relationships founded on trust and professionalism.
